01. Eat Breakfast

It causes hardening of the brain arteries leading to decrease in mental power. (Kaya pala mahihina ang mga ulo ng matataba! Dahil siguro nga yung matataba naiipit yung brain nila kaya hindi gumagalaw! :-p Joke!
Smoking can cause multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer\'s diseases.
04. High Sugar Consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development. (Pero ako ok lang, bobo ka nga sweet ka naman! :-p )
05. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decreasing in brain tissues.
06. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brains to rest, long term deprivation mostly will accelerate the death of brain cells. (So kapag ikaw ay mahilig matulog ok yan, di bale nang mapagsabihan tayo na batogan! We’re just taking care of our brains naman! haha :-p )
07. Head Covered While Sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decreases the concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
08. Working Your Brain During Illnesses
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to decrease the effectiveness of brain as well as damage to the brain.
09. Lacking Stimulating Thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain. Lacking in brain stimulation can cost brain shrinkage. (So if you don’t use it, you lost it diba? We need to train our brain because it also have muscles that must be exercise.) How to train the brain
